Tom and Barbara Harvey are both graduates of Siena College. They have
three
daughters, Kellie and Jennifer who are also Siena graduates and Ellen
who goes to St. Ambrose in Latham, N.Y.
They started their business soon after having a fire in their own home.
A wood stove malfunction resulted in a fire that destroyed most of
their possessions. They promote a level of concern and caring through
their entire team: Greg, John, Don, Kirstin, Cindi and the entire
ServiceMaster Clean® team. |

Greg has
been with ServiceMaster Clean ® of Upstate New York for more than 12
years. With over 10,000 water, fire, smoke, soot and odor losses
produced Greg is here to answer any of your questions related to the

Don Garner joined the
ServiceMaster Clean ® team in 2006 as a Restoration
Coordinator who handles most of our water damage losses. To date,
Don has over 2000 water losses under his belt. His experience and
passion cannot be matched in this market place. Certified in all areas

John Percey joined the
ServiceMaster Clean ® team in 2005 as a Restoration
Coordinator with 22-30 direct reports. John handles 100% of our smoke,
soot and fire losses with a sense of urgency each time. John has
handles over 800 homes and businesses that sustained damages due to
fire, smoke or soot. Certified in all areas of our industry, feel free

Kirsten has been with
ServiceMaster Clean ® of Upstate New York for 2 years as our main Data
Entry and Water Damage Scope Analyst. Kirsten also handles all of the

Cindi has been with
ServiceMaster Clean ® of Upstate New York for almost 2 years. As
our company's primary Customer Service Representative, Cindi will most
likely be the one to take your initial phone call. Cindi also handles
